What is Multiple Effect Evaporator ?
Multiple effect evaporator MEE is a thermal evaporation process, its widely used for concentration of the  various liquids  like in the form of suspension  , solutions  and emulsions concentration is accomplished by boiling out of a solvent, normally  like water from the liquid. In many of the situations or cases, concentration  of the resulting from the evaporation process is the final product of the process.

Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) systems :

Technoforce solutions offers Zero Liquid Discharge System ( ZLDS ) which is the  highly cost cutting, environment friendly in the nature. It is a system , which is consisting of a stripper column for removal of organic volatiles from the feed stream. It does so because subsequently when the water gets evaporated, it should have less organics left as residue. Zero Liquid Discharge System ( ZLDS ) also consist Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) with a thermo compressor for achieving energy economy, and a downstream Sludge Dryer for removing the balance water, converting the solids into the  dry powder, which is cheaper & easier to dispose. The well designed system saves operating costs and disposal costs and also minimizes scaling in     the evaporators.
