Utilizing Thin Film Evaporator with ordinary refining to get improved recuperation and limit
A client was losing a significant segment of glycol with buildup amid regular refining. The buildup, having encouraged salts, would foul the section packings and reboiler tubes. The weight drop in the refining section brought about higher bubbling temperature in the reboiler. The client drew closer Technoforce to discover an answer with the goal that the plant could be worked continuous and to get upgraded limit. Technoforce proposed an Agitated Thin Film Evaporator (ATFE) of an arrangement which can deal with gooey deposits. Preliminaries in the Technoforce Pilot Plant uncovered that 99 % of the glycol can be recuperated.
