WASTEWATER TREATMENT BY MULTIPLE EFFECT EVAPORATOR

WASTEWATER TREATMENT BY MULTIPLE EFFECT EVAPORATOR

Technoforce Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd offers wastewater treatment by Multiple Effect Evaporator with a stripper, thermo compressor, axial flow pump and sludge dryer. We are introduce as a Manufacturer & Supplier of Multiple Effect Evaporator ( MEE )Skid India. Multiple effects Evaporator &  thermo compressor reduce steam consumption Minimum power requirement.  Our main objective is to save your operating as well as disposal costs, and minimize scaling in evaporators”.

WASTEWATER TREATMENT BY MULTIPLE EFFECT EVAPORATOR

Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) systems :

Technoforce offers Zero Liquid Discharge System(ZLDS) which is highly cost-cutting, environment friendly in nature. It is a system consisting of a stripper column for removal of organic volatiles from the feed stream. It does so because subsequently when the water gets evaporated, it should have less organics left as residue.ZLD System also consist Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) with a thermo-compressor for achieving energy economy, and a downstream Sludge Dryer for removing the balance water, converting the solids into a dry powder which is cheaper and easier to dispose. The well-designed system saves operating and disposal costs and minimizesscaling in the evaporators.
The MEE  multiple-effect configuration combines 2 or additional evaporator bodies to conserve steam, that is condensed within the first-effect device solely. Water gaseous within the first-effect vapor body is condensed within the second-effect device, that provides energy for evaporation within the second-effect vapor body (and therefore on for added effects). Vapor from the last impact flows to a condenser.

The last-effect vapor body is maintained at a high vacuum with a steam-jet air ejector or mechanical air pump. The thrust is that the pressure drop from the primary to the last impact.

For a similar overall pressure differential and method conditions, the evaporator with additional effects would force less steam. The evaporation in every impact are going to be just about zero.7 to 0.9 pounds for every pound of steam condensed within the first-effect device. For the same type of evaporation rate, a 5-effect evaporators will require about 25% percent of the steam required for a single-effect evaporator. In actual follow, the steam economy will vary wide thanks to variations in feed temperature and alternative energy needs like heats of dilution and crystallization.

The number of effects is proscribed by the whole out there temperature distinction between the plant steam and therefore the cooling water temperature. method liquors with high boiling purpose elevations generally operate with fewer effects.

Features of ZLDS:
·         50% less power required.
·         70% less energy required.
·         200% improvement in descaling cycle.
·         Multiple Effect Evaporator and thermos-compressor reduce steam consumption.
·         Minimum power requirement due to the use of axial flow pumps.
·         Stripper isolates volatile organics to reduce COD (Cost of Disposal).
·         Sludge dryer converts TDS to dry powder.
·         Modular skid mounted systems reduce the site activity to a few weeks.
Applications of ZLDS:
·         Concentration of effluent (waste) water having high TDS.
·         Concentration of organic and inorganic solutions bearing salts.
·         Evaporative crystallization.
·         Drying of sludge for obtaining easy to dispose solids.
·         Treatment of large quantity of waste water with steam economy.
