Technoforce was started in 1990 to manufacture distillation and drying equipment based on Thin Film Technology. Other technologies like Extraction, Crystallization and Zero Liquid Discharge plants for industrial wastewater were added in later years. Technoforce offers different kind of Thin Film Technology including Evaporator, Dryers And Short path distillation unit. The Evaporator include  Agitated Thin Film Evaporator [ATFE], Dryers include 2 types of Dryer  like Agitated Thin Film Dryer-Vertical [ATFD-V] And Agitated Thin Film Dryer-Horizontal [ATFD-H].

Ø  Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD)

Agitated Thin Film Evaporator (ATFE) :
ATFE rotor has rigid bearing supports at both the ends. This enhances its capability to handle applications having viscous or semisolid bottom streams.
ATFE can operate at pressures of 1 mbar and above. The jacket side heating medium temperature can be up to 4000C.

Applications :
ü Vacuum distillation of bulk drugs, intermediates, fine chemicals, glycols, used lubricating oils, fatty acids, amines and esters.
ü To concentrate oleoresins, enzymes, bulk drugs, plant extracts, juices and sugars.
ü Stripping of silicone oils, pesticides, plasticizers and monomers from polymers.
